blossoms and music

I love these two photos.....they seem like two golden representations of spring. Cherry blossoms are like a parade of color with their white and pink blossoms glowing everywhere.

And this picture of Mississipi Studio where people stand by gorgeous lanterns soaking in music...I love it, I soak in the beauty. This studio looks like an old-fashioned old-timey glowy kind of place. I'm very intrigued.

the pinky blossoms remind me of these lines from another Gerard Manley Hopkins poem:
" Nothing is so beautiful as spring... What is all this juice and all this joy? A strain of the earth’s sweet being in the beginning: In Eden's garden."
The dear Tolkien quote you've shared makes me smile. Question: Oh where will all this beauty, glowy light and music sweep us off to?
