colorfully cozy

Would you like to be part of this soiree ?

The theme is patchwork soft colorful cozyness:
with the wearing of bright saucy fuzzy pyjama pants and angora wraparound sweaters.

For the jaunty, two-pronged hats for the walk over, and for all, slippers for the sitting in big ol' deep chairs.
piles of books by the chair, fire place going, and crumpety jammy treats every once in a while
but not so much it disturbs the flow of talk and reading and violin music.

oh yes. You are invited and welcomed.
Place your book and jammy treat requests now.

oh chicken crepes! yes indeed! and we've got your books stacked up right by your chair, which is raspberry colored (this was previously chosen, but now particularly nice as any spills from tarts will be of no problem my dear, hee hee).

Also, i forgot to request that all Snee owners please feel welcome to wear as a scarf, dress, or blanket ;P. perhaps there will be reading alouds of Almost French funny parts eh ? the cats purring will just not quite drown it out.

Jam for me please, and Devonshire cream and strong Earl Grey tea with lots of milk. Hot buttery scones and bread pudding and custard.
And also a furry blanket.

I'd like some poems by Elizabeth Bishop, Shel Silverstein and Roald dahl please.

Yerrss!
