I found a new coffee shop near the university and it looks somewhat small and hobbit-holey..but inside there are some wonders that i am excited for... little funny funky portland things like having a map of Hawaii on the wall and Mahalo written on the door as you walk out and funny quotes and people sleeping on coffeehouse couches that don't look homeless but look like they might couch surf. anyways, one of the joys of today was reading this special coffee description for a coffee from El Salvavdor: Santa Rita.

"Strawberries and raspberries joyously roll themselves into sugar cookies and then bake themselves in a chocolate oven. If you don't drink it all within one hour, you will melt, smiling, where you sit. You have been warned."

Ol' Saint Rita must have been a pretty special woman for being the name sake of this flavor de cafe..
